Fare adjustments may occur in situations such as additional stops requested by the customer, a change in destination after the trip has begun, or longer waiting times due to customer delay or route changes. A cancellation fee may apply if a confirmed ride, delivery, parcel, or carpool request is canceled after the driver or courier has arrived at the pickup location, or if the customer fails to appear.
